Does it surprise Democrats to hear that Obama is even worse than Bush, or did they already know?

Obama did violate the constitution and now he will have to face the consequences. Why Obama didn't listen to his legal team is beyond me. Talk about arrogance! At least Bush did get congressional approval. So NOW who is guilty of war crimes?
