Intelligent people also know that 90% of the scientists in the world proclaim that CO2 will warm us drastically. Therefore, carbon credits are needed to ensure a healthy planet. But republicans, YOU CAN SELL CARBON CREDITS, and you can put the revenue toward the debt. And don;t say China will not follow it, because they will when we stop importing.
