Sync ps3 trophies? Red dead redemption?

So since psn was offline for so long I figured to buy Red Dead Redemption to unlock many trophies. Now that psn is back up I was going to expect to have many trophies unlocked. Yet it only says I have unlocked 1 trophy: "That Government Boy". Yet I have done all gang hideouts, broken all horses, purchased all rare weapons, and gotten 100% game completion, and it says I have 1 trophy. Help!
