Got my kitten a playmate, feeling guilty?

Otis sounds like a feline head case. I have read that if ferals aren't socialized by eight weeks, it isnt going to happen with them. Hmmm...what would you think of handing Otis off to the friend of the boyfriend's friend's family, the ones who can support endless cats? Vera sounds like a darling. Enjoy her, and rehome Otis if at all possible.
