Have Repubicans singled Obama out for special treatment, or do they just hate him like every Democrat...?

Aren't you lumping birthers, teabaggers, racists all in to the Republican party. Birthers are probably racists but teabaggers are mostly old and white and afraid to lose more of what they have, some were probably Democrats. Republicans are targeting him because he is President the same way Democrats would if they had a Republican President.
