Lord of the Rings Online F2P question?

So I finished the Quest Instance: The Hideout after Amdir died and I freed Oakheart. Now I don't know what to do, Amdir told me to do something but I can't bring that back up and the quest reminder thing disappeared. Is that it for F2P? Maybe I just don't understand the whole quests, instances and stuff.
