Should committing a crime like perjury (lying under oath in a court proceeding) be grounds for impeachment?

The law is not clear on this point, but I would say "yes." In fact, I think that having sex with one of your interns should also be grounds for impeachment. Certainly, in the business world, one can lose one's job for it.
