Why is obama continuing the neo-con policy of endless war?

Its interesting how this flippin lunatic gets the nobel prize for allegedly brining us closer to peace when yet he amps up the war in Afghanistan after he promised to end it, AND he even starts another war with LIBYA! (Which by the way he should be impeached for, because he acted without congressional approval). Moreover, I don't think you can blame libya on bush -_^ Let alone Afghanistan even, considering this was obamas war to end when her came into office.
